(NHSR) has the unique ability to meet the financial needs of a wide array of potential homeowners.  The mortgage loan industry is constantly creating different mortgage loan products in an attempt to assist a varied home ownership population. Some Credit Unions, Banks, and Nationally known mortgage lenders are sometimes restricted by being able to principally offer only their own retail mortgage loan products. By partnering with area leaders in the mortgage industry, NHSR is able to originate all of the most popular traditional residential mortgage loan products and is not restricted in originating its own mortgage products only.  The partnerships also gives our customers a wider array of loan products, while avoiding any additional costs, i.e. mortgage broker fees.
