CMN LLC (Collaboration Makes Neighborhoods) is a Virginia limited liability corporation with partners Neighborhood Housing Services of Richmond, Inc and T. K. Davis Construction Company, Inc. The goal of CMN LLC is to revitalize neighborhoods through acquisition, construction, and sale of real estate in emerging communities.
